Corporate Team Building Pricing
Our unique Corporate Team Building Program teaches practical and realistic self defence moves, for people of all ages and sizes.
Applying fundamental techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, the Corporate Team Building Program focuses on the application of leverage and technique over strength to avoid and escape potentially dangerous scenarios.
The program is for up to 20 people, and is a fantastic team building experience as group members take turns role playing scenarios, practicing situational awareness, and trialling newly-learned skills on one another.
This program is all about building confidence, self-awareness and trust, and is suitable for most levels of fitness. No prior martial arts experience is needed.
